I use the Mat and Cushion on some of the more advanced asana's I do, and it really does help tremendously! It's not always easy to make the time to connect with your body, for that reason being an urban Yogi can be a balancing act...
Beinjoy cushions are small, comfortable, and easier to use than fumbling with a blanket for joint support.
I recommend it to my students to protect their knees and elbows, and it is a welcomed addition to my practice.
